Airline Catering - Flight Account Supervisor

Salary Range: $25.50/hr

We are seeking a Flight Account Supervisor to join our team! This position will be responsible for managing the logistics and account management of the flight's services. Ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality of food products for the airlines.

• Ensure that all Airline Spec. books are accurate
• Ensure all Airline specifications are adhered to, including menus, a/c boarding, ramp safety, etc.
• Coordinate all airline equipment inventories.
• Establish and maintain a professional business relationship with the customer
• Preparing dairies and bread
• Internal spec. Checks.
• Liaison with crew.

• 2-3 years of Airline Account Supervisor experience a plus.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Computer literate in Microsoft software a plus
• Knowledge of HACCP & FDA guidelines
• Self-Motivator, Team Leader/Builder
• Good organization & communication skills
• "Target & Results" focused and driven.
• Previous ram and kitchen experience required
• Must have a valid Driver License

This position has supervisory responsibilities.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Must be able to lift heavy equipment. Must have hand and eye coordination. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for long periods of time; and reach with hands and arms.

This is a full-time exempt position in a 24/7/365 work environment. Flexibility with weekdays, evenings and weekend required.
