Ramp GSE Operator at Naniq Global Logistics
Pay RangeBase pay range: $21.00/hr – $28.00/hr.
Additional compensation:
- $21.36/hr plus a $2/hr loyalty bonus.
- Shift Commitment Incentive Pay up to $30/hr.
The Ramp GSE Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely handling of aircraft operations on the ramp area of an airport. Working as part of a ground handling team, you are responsible for various tasks related to the movement, loading, unloading, and servicing of aircraft, as well as coordination of ground equipment and procedures.

Loyalty Bonus ProgramFor each hour worked, a loyalty incentive of $2 per hour will be credited. Bonuses are paid out every three months at the beginning of the following quarter (January, April, July, October).
Shift Commitment Incentive PayPay depends on full shift attendance per week:
- Tier 1: Work a regular weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) – $2/hr added to base pay.
- Tier 2: Work 4 full weekday shifts (Mon‑Fri) – $5/hr added to base pay.
- Tier 3: Work 5 full shifts per week or 3 full weekend shifts (Fri‑Sun) – $7/hr added to base pay.

- Assist with the loading and unloading of cargo and mail onto/from aircraft, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure stowage. Operate equipment such as conveyor belts and cargo loaders.
- Marshaling and guiding aircraft using hand signals and visual aids during taxiing, parking, and maneuvering.
- Operate ground support equipment such as aircraft tugs, pushback tractors, and towing vehicles to move aircraft between areas.
- Ensure efficient handling of equipment upload and offload.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines; promptly report any safety hazards or incidents.
- Maintain effective communication with ramp agents, ground crew, and flight crews for smooth aircraft movement and coordination.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the ramp area, ensuring it is free from debris, foreign object damage, and other hazards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and adverse weather.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as airport operations are 24/7.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug and alcohol testing.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds. Moving items over fifty pounds will be done using a team lift. Must meet the physical lifting requirement of 50 lbs.
