Position: Collision Body Technician

Location: Lihue, HI

Pay: $150,000/year

Experience: Extensive experience as a Collision Body Technician, preferably with foreign or luxury vehicles.

Education: I-CAR and OEM certifications (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, etc.)

Type: Full-time;

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Employers Options is seeking a Collision Body Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Perform collision repairs, including structural, body, and panel repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged body components to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct frame and unibody repairs using approved measuring and alignment systems.
• Weld, straighten, sand, prep, and finish vehicle components as required.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Identify hidden damage and communicate repair needs to estimators or management.
• Ensure all repairs meet OEM and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Properly document work performed and follow shop procedures.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and technicians.

Position Requirements:

• Familiarity with ADAS-related repairs and calibrations.
• Proficiency with frame machines, welding equipment, and body repair tools.
• Experience working with aluminum and advanced composite materials.
• Strong knowledge of modern collision repair techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and follow repair plans and OEM procedures.
• High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
