OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels seeks colleagues who share our aloha spirit and commitment to guest service. This role supports building maintenance and facility operations to ensure safe and comfortable environments for guests and staff.

• Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Installs, repairs, services, inspects, tests and maintains furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), facilities and/or the following systems: life safety, heating, cooling, plumbing, ventilation, water, electrical and mechanical.

• Trade or Vocational School graduate desired.
• 2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance is required.
• Work experience within the hotel industry is preferred.
• Working knowledge of one or more trades desired (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration, landscaping) depending on the individual property needs.
• Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and be able to work well with others.
