As an Airport Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol in Lihue, HI
, you will safeguard the airport, staff, and its facilities. You will drive, patrol, check, and secure doors. As an unarmed patrol officer serving a government location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for all visitors and staff. Position Type: Part Time - Overnight

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked.

Job Schedule: Daytime Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM;
Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report unusual activity or security-related hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and information, maintaining a visible presence to deter unwanted behaviors.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as required by site protocols.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and observations in a timely manner.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid are preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver s license will be required for driving positions only.
