• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you perform daily tasks.
• Assist guests in solving their specific needs in a welcoming manner.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for their visit.
• Know and discuss the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain how to use features and offerings within the Target App including Wallet.
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering; assist guests in enrollment and use of these features.
• Process returns following store policies and escalate with leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle merchandise safely.
• Stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; report hazards as appropriate.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up orders and related duties in compliance with applicable laws.

• Accurately handle checkout operations and assist with cash office tasks as needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
