Food and Beverage, Food Service, Target (T3400) - Entry level, Part-time position located in Princeville, HI.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to proactively set, maintain and make planned changes to salesfloor merchandise displays and to keep organized backroom space.
• Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to Target’s policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Execute all federal, state and local adult beverage laws as they apply to your business.
• Appropriately use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment; follow equipment control guidelines.
• Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner; comply with safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while maintaining a compliance culture.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks; engage with guests to meet their needs.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times).

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and follow multi-step processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain composed and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds; operate in environments ranging from 34°F to
  -10°F as needed.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work where common allergens may be present; exposure to varying temperatures and elements including Drive-Up and carryout duties.
