Overview

Retail Merchandising Specialist at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC. Earn weekly pay with paid training and a variety of independent assignments supporting renowned consumer electronics brands.

Pay
: USD $29.00–$30.00 per hour. Weekly pay schedule with early wage access; paid training available.

• Travel to assigned retail stores within your territory to conduct visits.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (e.g., TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones).
• On occasion, collaborate with team members to complete 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installs.
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships.
• Complete assignments as directed by your BDS Manager and ensure timely reporting from your mobile device.
• Schedule and complete work per BDS standards and onboarding materials.
• Receive materials at home or pick up at Fed Ex and transport to store locations as requested.
• Other tasks as requested by management.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with BDS and in-store personnel
• Proficiency with a personal Android or Apple device (GPS) to upload photos, report data, and reference documents
• Own a basic toolkit (BDS provides toolkit cost reimbursement after successful completion of the probationary period) including: screwdriver set, hammer, cordless drill, wrenches, box cutter, pliers, and cleaning materials
• Ability to complete paid BDS online training within the required timeline before working in-store
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Flexible availability Monday–Friday, early morning to midday, with occasional weekend hours
• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Eligible to drive for the company with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to travel within a designated market up to a 60-mile radius (drive time and mileage reimbursed)
