Description

• Food Preparation:
  Chop, mix, measure ingredients; cook meals (grilling, sautéing, baking) according to recipes.
• Quality & Presentation:
  Ensure high food quality, taste, and appealing presentation; check ingredients for freshness.
• Kitchen Management:
  Set up workstations, clean and sanitize equipment, manage stock, rotate inventory, and store food properly.
• Safety & Sanitation:
  Adhere to food safety, HACCP, and sanitation procedures.
• Customer Service:
  Expedite orders, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Must be flexible to work morning and evening shifts.

8 hour days full time, 40 hour week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lihue, HI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
