The Director of Technology Innovation & Data is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all property technology systems, including computer networks and data and voice communications for Four Seasons Resort Lana’i, Sensei Lana’i, and all other Four Seasons Lana’i entities. They work closely with the Senior Director of Technology Innovation & Data to forecast future technology needs and identify opportunities for innovation to enhance operations and optimize system performance.

They also ensure that corporate technology strategies and security compliance are successfully implemented, supporting overall operational excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization, deliver presentations and reports, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Apply strategic thinking, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills to support operational effectiveness and positive business outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, software and hardware performance, issues, and service requirements.

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

Prior experience in Technology Innovation & Data in a hotel or resort setting

Project management experience with working knowledge of hospitality technology systems, including PMS, HSIA, POS, and related applications, considered an asset. Demonstrated experience in business planning, resource management, and project planning within a technology or hospitality setting.
