• The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of the main kitchen.
• Plan, implement budgets, hire, train and supervise subordinates and apply relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants and needs of the guests are consistently exceeded.
• Create and implement new menus for food & beverage outlets, Voyager 47 and banquets.
• Assist in strategic planning for F&B components of assets under company management.
• Support catering and event management in partnership with Sales and other departments as needed.

• Previous resort/hotel experience is preferred.

• Base pay ranges from $88,000.00 - $, based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
