Responsibilities
- Assist in directing all phases of guest relations to the Front Office staff in conjunction with guidance from the Director of Rooms.
- Assist in staff development and oversee all operations of the Front Desk, PBX and Night Audit shifts to ensure exceptional guest service experience.
- Support and implement policies and procedures for the staff set forth by management.
- Maintain open communication with the Front Office team, Operations team, hosts, guests, owners and resolve issues and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction and staff morale.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned or as needed; coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in overseeing disciplinary action, interviewing new hires and/or transfers, staff development, training and other needs that may be requested by department heads.
Minimum Requirements
- Four (4) years of previous experience in a public contact position, as well as supervisory experience.
- College degree within the Travel Industry Management area can be substituted for previous work experience.

While base pay starts at $58,000
, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
