Registrar Receptionist - Guest Registration

Kaua'i Medical Clinic is the island’s largest clinic and only multispecialty medical group. More than 85 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in Eleele, Kapaa, Koloa and Lihue.

Our Call Center is dedicated to providing information, registration and referral services to callers, as well as scheduling appointments and assisting with patient registration. The Call Center’s friendly staff supports and promotes the organization’s physicians and services while ensuring that all telephone inquiries are responded to in a comprehensive and considerate manner.

As the Clinic Registrar – Receptionist, you will be on the front line of customer service and support for patients at Hawai‘i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics. This involves performing a broad array of administrative and customer service tasks to process clinic patients and coordinate their needs with physician services. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and communication skills, ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a recognized medical secretarial program.
• Two (2) years of experience in a medical office, clinic or other health care setting.
