Director of Finance — Hale Hokuala Kauai, Curio Collection by Hilton. This is a pre-opening role and a key member of the Executive Committee. The Director of Finance will lead the financial performance of the resort and partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive disciplined financial stewardship while supporting an exceptional guest experience and service culture.

• Direct and administer all financial operations of the hotel, including asset protection, financial reporting, systems management, hotel-wide budget and forecasting, department management, and meeting participation and facilitation
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Serve as financial advisor to hotel management and ownership
• Monitor and approve all sales, purchases, salaries and expenses of the hotel
• Assist and counsel department heads in the interpretation and analysis of financial data, recommending courses of action to maximize hotel profitability
• Prepare annual plan, projections and budgets
• Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling and evaluations, and recognition
• Recruit, interview and train team members

Salary Range: $165,000 - $175,000 based on applicable experience
