Forklift Truck Driver; FLT Staffordshire

Due to a site expansion at our Lichfield Head Office, we have an opportunity for Forklift Truck Drivers to support our new production team at our new Beetroot facility at Florette in Lichfield, WS13 8NF
.

The FLT Driver will support our raw material intake for our new production facility and is responsible for the timely and accurate intake of all receipted goods. The successful candidate will ensure that quality checks are carried out against agreed specifications whilst analysing delivery integrity. This role will ensure all deliveries meet quality standards and are put away in the correct stock location in a timely manner, whilst assisting in the yard clean, tray and pallet co‑ordinating.

The role will also support in stock counts, stock takes, and document control.

Working hours:

6am-6pm, 4 On 4 Off.

Pay: £13.73 per hour

• Support our raw material intake for our new production facility, moving raw material product around.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate intake of all receipted goods.
• Ensure that quality checks are carried out against agreed specifications.
• Assisting in the yard clean, tray and pallet co‑ordinating
• Support in stock counts, stock takes, and document control.

• A current FLT/Pallet Truck License.
• Experience with FLT's in a production environment, ideally in food production dealing with raw products.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proactive and happy to help across the yard.
• Good H&S understanding, desirably with Food Safety understanding and experience.
• A team player.
