At easyfundraising we help people turn everyday shopping into extraordinary donations for their causes. We're on the look out for a Retail Delivery Executive who's as passionate about making a difference as we are - someone with an eye for detail and a love for tech.

You'll play a vital role, ensuring our users earn the right donations at just the right time. Every task you complete builds towards something bigger - a world where supporting good causes is as easy as clicking 'add to basket'. This isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to make an impact.

What You'll Do

You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our website is accurate. From updating retailer information to co-ordinating tenancy campaigns, you'll be a key player in making sure everything runs smoothly.

• Master of Detail:
  Maintain up to date retailer pages, manage content systems, and ensure our tenancy campaigns are delivered on time and with precision.
• Tech Pro:
  Dive into systems like Contentstack and Advendio, managing data, assets and resolving technical hiccups like a Pro.
• Collaborative Dynamo:
  Work across teams to bring tenancy campaigns to life and ensure smooth communication.

No two days are the same. One moment you're onboarding a new retailer, the next you're troubleshooting a more efficient way to get things done.

This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months; with an ideal start date of August 2025. You'll be based in our Lichfield office and can take advantage of our hybrid working policy. This is a full time position but part time hours will also be considered. The salary for this role is £26,090.60.

Experience with CMS or content management tools is a bonus, but your ability to learn and adapt matters most.
