In this role, the successful Vehicle Mechanic will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a fleet of HGVs and vans. You will carry out pre-MOT and roadworthiness inspections, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults, and ensure all vehicles meet strict compliance standards. You will become a key member of the workshop team, with the opportunity to support and train apprentices as you progress.

The Role:

Servicing, maintenance, and repair of HGVs and vans.
Pre-MOT checks and roadworthiness inspections.
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
Ensuring all vehicles comply with DVLA standards.
Flexible shift  Person:

Qualified Level 3 Vehicle mechanic
Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding ability.
Local to Lichfield.
