Up to £45k + company vehicle & fuel card | Local commercial contracts - Wolverhampton

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing/Heating Engineer to join our team in the Wolverhampton area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on servicing, installations, and pipe fitting projects, primarily for schools, with plans to expand into other sectors. Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Van can be used for private purposes, provided it is not for frequent long-distance travel.

Day-to-Day

Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with rare overtime opportunities (overtime is paid when applicable).
Focus on local work within the Wolverhampton area, minimizing long commutes and maximizing efficiency.
Engage in a variety of tasks, including servicing, installations, and pipe fitting, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a commercial plumbing/heating engineer.
Strong knowledge of servicing, installation, and pipe fitting.
A valid DBS certificate is essential due to the nature of working in schools.
Full UK driving license.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial plumbing and heating systems.
Carry out installation and pipe fitting tasks as required.
Work primarily within schools, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
