Domestic Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. on a 1 year contract, but this may lead to permanent position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings. This role requires proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as a thorough understanding of electrical principles.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices while working on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs.

• Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and applicable codes.
• Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work
• Test and Inspecting
