Join Agrial’s Maintenance Engineering team at Florette in Lichfield (WS13 8NF
). We need an experienced engineer with an electrical bias, ideally skilled in both electrical and mechanical engineering disciplines. Experience in refrigeration, chlorine, or compressed air is a notable advantage, along with knowledge of food safety.

The role involves working in a team of three on planned and reactive maintenance, performing cyclical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting problems, and making on‑site repairs. You will also be responsible for detailed documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, especially as the site expands with a new Beetroot production facility.

• Day‑to‑day upkeep of production equipment and.
• Site‑wide preventative maintenance.
• Rapid response to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Equipment repair, technical troubleshooting, start‑up, and testing.
• Accurate and timely completion of maintenance documentation.

• Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Recognised engineering qualification or apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience repairing and maintaining machinery in a controlled manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Strong diagnostic fault‑finding skills.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and legislation.
• Proactive health‑and‑safety mindset with keen attention to detail.

An annual salary of £51,000 with a comprehensive benefits package:
