MainResponsibility
- Support the local Community Highways team to provide a community-based approach to the delivery of the highway service, improving elected member and community satisfaction.
- Provide a first‑line response to enquiries and be the go‑to person for community enquiries related to highways.
- Interrogate digital records and GIS systems.
- Collate information to respond to requests.
- Support the production of reports and programmes of work.
- Have experience of working with complex data and responding to written and verbal enquiries.
- Have business administration experience or equivalent qualifications.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Have an ability to interpret maps with a good attention to detail.
