Package & Benefits

• Basic salary up to £45,000
• Travel time paid at overtime rates (minus first 30 minutes each way)
• Commission circa £3,500+
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
• Company van with personal use

Our client is a well‑established Fire & Security company with over 15 years of industry experience. They operate across a broad range of sectors including public sector organisations, commercial enterprises, government institutions, and banking environments. Known for delivering high‑quality, compliant solutions, the business holds NSI Gold and BAFE accreditations and has built an excellent reputation for engineering standards and staff retention.

We have successfully placed engineers here previously, all of whom are very happy within the business.

• Commissioning, servicing and fault‑finding of fire and security systems
• Testing, configuring, and verifying cause & effect in line with BS 5839 standards
• Liaising professionally with clients, site teams, and contractors
• Supporting audits, quotations, and maintaining high technical standards
• Providing technical support and guidance to junior engineers
• Completing essential service reports and compliance documentation accurately
