Extended Schools Supervisor
Salary:
Term time only, 10 hours per week (3:15pm - 5:15pm)
Actual salary:
Grade 6 SCP 9 - 15, £6588.48 per annum
Start date:
Monday 23 February 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter
A rare opportunity has arisen to join our Extended Schools Service as Extended Schools Supervisor within our After-School Club team. The role involves providing high-quality after-school provision for children aged 3-11 years.
The successful candidate will have experience of supervising a team of staff and supporting the education, care and welfare of children within a childcare or educational setting. You will be confident in leading day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities and for liaising effectively with parents, carers and other members of the team.

Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day operations of the after-school provision, ensuring a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for children aged 3-11.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities and supervise a team of staff.
- Liaise effectively with parents, carers and other members of the team.
- Contribute to the academy’s success and uphold high standards of behaviour and welfare.
