Lichfield SEN Teaching Assistants

Position: Day-to-day supply, short-term supply, and long-term placements
Pay: £79.37 £ 90.77 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: As soon as possible

The Supply Register is proud to work in partnership with Community Academies Trust to recruit dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for their schools in Lichfield
. As part of our exclusive talent pool, you will have the opportunity to support students across both primary and secondary settings on a flexible basis.

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans to meet individual needs.
• Help students stay engaged and focused in lessons.
• Support behaviour management and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with students emotional and physical well‑being when required.
• Report any concerns to the appropriate school staff.

• Experience: Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is essential.
• Enhanced DBS: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
