Residential Support Worker in Education - Lichfield - ASAP

I am currently recruiting for an exceptional Special Educational Needs School in the Lichfield area that is looking to appoint new SEMH support staff for children with Autism, SEMH, and associated challenging behaviour experience.

The positions are to cover day-to-day, short-term, and long-term bookings. They are seeking individuals with experience working with students with SEMH needs. As a Learning Support Assistant with care experience, you will work alongside the class teacher and other staff to support pupils in their daily school life. You may also need to support children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

Your role will be to motivate, support, and ensure the well-being and engagement of pupils.

The school caters to children with a wide range of needs, including Autism, MLD, and SEMH complex needs, for pupils aged 5-11.
