The Village of Libertyville Public Works Department is seeking to fill various Summer Seasonal Maintenance positions.

Hiring Rate: $18.00/hour (Full Range $15.00 – $18.00/hour)

Duties:
Typical duties for seasonal positions include landscaping, painting, facility cleaning, litter removal, and general maintenance in the Utilities, Streets, Parks, and/or Wastewater Divisions.

Reports to:

Superintendent or designee.

Salary and

Work Hours:

The positions are full-time, 40 hours per week at $18.00 per hour. Regular work hours are 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Abilities

Required:

There is a need to stand, sit, stood, bend, work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds with assistance), and perform other similar actions during the workday. This position performs moderate to heavy work in all types of weather.
