The BCBA Clinical Manager is a leadership position focused on strategic planning, oversight, and training within the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with department managers to ensure consistency and collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing policies with Directors.
  • Mentoring and managing a team of BCBAs and RBTs while handling a client caseload.
  • Conducting audits of therapy notes, BCBA productivity, and client enrollment.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Communicating effectively with families and staff to provide a supportive environment.

    • Qualifications include a Master's degree in psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis and certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. This full-time role offers a salary of $85,000 – $95,000, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and flexible scheduling.
