Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, this Summer, we’re looking to add a
** Manufacturing Data & Analytics Co-Op
** located in our
** Libertyville, IL
** site.

Reporting to
** Process & Automation Engineering Team,
** the Intern will support manufacturing data analysis, OEE tracking, dashboard development, and SPC charting across molding and coiling operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
** What a typical day looks like:
*** Develop Power BI dashboards for OEE, downtime, scrap, and cycle time
* Write SQL queries to extract production data
* Use Python for data analysis and automation scripts
* Create and maintain SPC charts (X-bar, R, Cpk analysis)
* Support coiler data collection integration
* Assist with predictive maintenance analytics initiatives
* Attend team meetings to support project work as needed
** Student qualities we’re seeking for this internship assignment:
*** Junior/Senior student pursuing Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering major
* Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
* Strong SQL skills for data extraction
* Experience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboards
* Basic knowledge of statistics
* Understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, downtime, scrap, cycle time)
* Exposure to data collection and predictive maintenance concepts
* Previous manufacturing internship experience a plus!
** Co-Op Program Requirements:
*** Ability to work 40 hours/week (in person) during the co-op assignment
* Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
