Ba Rup On  is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Crane Operator to join our team in Liberty, TX
. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience operating mobile and/or lattice boom cranes on industrial or construction sites and a strong commitment to job‑site safety.

• Safely operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Read and interpret load charts, lift plans, and site drawings
• Communicate clearly with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors
• Follow OSHA, company, and site‑specific safety regulations
• Assist with crane setup, breakdown, and securing loads
• Report mechanical issues or unsafe conditions immediately

• Proven experience operating cranes (mobile, crawler, or lattice boom preferred)
• Valid crane operator certification (NCCCO or equivalent preferred)
• Knowledge of rigging practices and load calculations
• Ability to work in varying weather and job‑site conditions
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills

• NCCCO Certification
• Experience on industrial, port, or heavy‑lift projects
• CDL (Class A or
  
  B)
• Experience working alongside logistics or breakbulk operations
