Heavy Equipment Operator; Dozer, Excavator, Grader

Job Summary

Ba Rup On  is hiring skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to support active construction projects in Liberty, TX. Operators will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, and motor graders to complete grading, excavation, and site development work. This role is essential to the foundation of our infrastructure buildouts.

• Operate dozers, excavators, and/or motor graders to perform earthwork, trenching, back filling, fine grading, and general site development
• Maintain equipment and perform daily inspections, lubrication, and basic servicing
• Work from site plans, grades, and instructions from supervisors and engineers
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and site-specific rules
• Load, unload, and transport materials as directed
• Collaborate with ground crews, surveyors, and site management to execute work accurately and on schedule
• Report any mechanical issues or site hazards immediately
• Follow traffic control and signage procedures on job sites

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment (dozer, excavator, or grader)
• Ability to read and interpret grade stakes, site plans, and cut/fill markings
• Knowledge of safe operating practices and general construction site safety
• Must be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred (can be provided upon hire)

• Experience in utility or energy sector construction (solar, battery, pipelines, etc.)
• GPS-enabled machines experience a plus (Trimble, Topcon, etc.)
• Familiarity with trenching safety, shoring systems, and sloping regulations
• Ability to operate multiple types of equipment a plus
