Are you ready for an active, rewarding job where you get paid to stay fit while helping deliver Amazon’s largest packages? Join Paragon Logistics LLC as an Amazon DSP XL Delivery Helper and be part of a supportive, fast‑paced team that delivers smiles (and heavy items) to customers’ homes.

• Hourly Rate: $18.25/hr.
• Overtime Pay: $27.38/hr. (after 40 hrs./week)
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 4% of hourly earnings redeemable anytime in ADP as Cash

• Assist drivers with the safe handling and delivery of heavy/bulky items (50-300 lbs. with team lift)
• Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
• Use handheld technology for routing and delivery updates
• Deliver packages with care, professionalism, and excellent customer service
• Support teammates with rescues and extra deliveries when needed

• Age: 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages with a team (50-70+lbs frequently, up to 300 lbs. with partner)
• Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen
