• Hourly Rate: $18.25/hr.
• Overtime Pay: $27.38/hr. (after 40 hrs./week)

• Assist drivers with the safe handling and delivery of heavy/bulky items (50-300 lbs. with team lift)
• Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
• Use handheld technology for routing and delivery updates
• Deliver packages with care, professionalism, and excellent customer service
• Support teammates with rescues and extra deliveries when needed

• Age: 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages with a team (50-70+lbs frequently, up to 300 lbs. with partner)
• Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen

Location: Amazon HMC3 Station 2361 S Withers Rd, Liberty, MO 64068

• Breaks: 2 paid 15-minute breaks + 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift
• Hiring Timeline: Typically, 1-2 weeks to complete

Helpers are the backbone of our delivery teams. You’ll never work alone every route is paired with a driver, and our dispatch staff is always available to support. We value teamwork, reliability, and energy.

Your shift starts at the Amazon station, where you’ll help load the truck, then spend the day teaming up with a driver to deliver oversized items. You’ll lift, carry, and deliver packages while using handheld devices to track progress. It’s active work that keeps you moving all day.

Many of our helpers go on to become Van or Box Truck Drivers. From there, some grow into leadership or operations roles. We provide training and advancement opportunities for those ready to step up.
