Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Liberty, MO. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate vehicles and equipment. Daily tasks include communicating with customers via calls or in-person, providing product information, negotiating deals, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate sales records and preparing quotations will also be required.
Qualifications- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with sales processes, client management, and lead conversion
- Ability to learn and effectively present product knowledge, including an understanding of semi-trucks, trailers, and medium-duty trucks
- Organizational and time-management skills for maintaining sales records and achieving targets
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software
- A passion for sales and delivering excellent customer service
- Previous experience in automotive or truck sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
