Dakota Bodies LLC is a manufacturer of custom utility truck bodies. Dakota Bodies manufactures a broad range of utility bodies for use in various industries, including construction, quarrying, mining, transportation, refining, energy and utility industries.
General Labor DutiesThe Paint Prep/ Wash/Caulking role prepares the product for painting by washing, masking, sanding, and caulking per instructions. The position is responsible for moving the product to the paint booth, removing all tape and paper after the product is completely dry, and maintaining a clean and safe area. A successful candidate is a self‑motivated multi‑tasker who uses a strong work ethic to ensure all painting quality levels are met.
The Final Assembler position is the last stop in production before the product goes out to the customer. This role is responsible for assembling the final material of the product before it leaves the building. The position performs repetitive operations to assemble mechanical seals, products, and sub‑assemblies, installs shelves and tail lights, and is able to lift up to 50 lbs.
2nd Shift comes with a $2.00 an hour shift differential.
Qualifications- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Punctual.
- Ability to follow directions.
