* Job Responsibilities:

**

• Troubleshoot and repair plant facilities and production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
• Assist in implementing and improving preventive maintenance programs; perform scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain and update equipment records, schematics, blueprints, and files.
• Lead projects, train, and mentor Maintenance Technicians I and II; pursue professional development training.
• Ensure work complies with OSHA, NEC, JIC, and DNR standards and regulations.
• Complete documentation using required software; manage repair parts inventory.
• Conduct inspections and verify compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Work safely, efficiently, and with urgency to meet maintenance deadlines and production schedules.
• Support welding operations, verify equipment, and ensure adherence to welding procedures.
• Lead projects, troubleshoot, and perform robot programming and weld touch-ups daily.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding maintenance issues and actions.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors, uphold company values, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

* Qualifications:

**

• High School diploma or GED; relevant schooling and 3 years’ experience in the field.
• Arc Welding and Resistance Welding skills are a plus.

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

• Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems, and welding processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, swap welding power supplies, rebuild and test welding guns, and troubleshoot Ethernet/Device Net networks.
