Business Systems Analyst

• This position is 100% onsite in Liberty, MO.

• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

We are seeking a senior-level Business Systems Analyst II to join a premier energy technology firm. This role is perfect for a technical professional who enjoys a mix of systems administration and business strategy. You will lead IT projects through the full SDLC, manage security protocols through Power Shell, and act as a key partner to the Finance department by delivering critical reporting insights.

You will:

• Manage and modify Power Shell scripts to automate Active Directory tasks and ensure network security.
• Bridge the gap between IT and Finance, generating reports that require a high degree of financial acumen and accuracy.
• Support and maintain both the IFS ERP system and Salesforce environments.
• Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
• Develop, document, and enforce business systems policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Accounting Information Systems, or a related IT field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a technical/analytical role.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Power Shell (ability to modify and troubleshoot scripts).
• Experience managing Active Directory and server security flags.

• Direct experience with Salesforce and IFS ERP.
• Demonstrated ability to present complex technical data to executive-level stakeholders.
