The provider's main point of contact for issues and training, overseeing the training of new providers and new initiatives, and working with analysts and technical teams for testing and issue resolution related to providers.

• Main point of contact for Physicians and Advanced Practice Provider staff
• User provisioning of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
• Understand provider workflows and assist analysts with building and testing, and suggest improvements in workflow
• Solicit feedback from providers on projections, documentation, and workflow
• Create and maintain working relationships with the Medical Staff Office and Physician Liaison to promote open communication and opportunities for improvements
• Enrollment management of Electronic Prescriptions Controlled Substances including Imprivata and Sunrise applications; understand workflows, functions and applications used by provider staff
• Develop training materials, tips and tricks information
• Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and/or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department
• Other duties may be assigned as required

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Educational Technology or related field OR
• General Educational Development with clinical licensure OR
• Associates Degree with clinical licensure
• 2 or more years healthcare experience

• Master Degree in Nursing or Educational Technology or related field

• Valid Driver’s License

• Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State - State Board of Nursing
• Informatics Certification

• Microsoft Office Suite
• EMR knowledge for provider workflows, Allscripts preferred
