We have an opening for an Experienced Electrical Estimator to join our pre‑construction team in the Kansas City, MO area. Bart’s Electric is a full‑service electrical and specialty systems contractor which has built a reputation of reliability and service that sets us apart in the commercial electric industry.
Job Summary:
As an Experienced Estimator at Barts Electric, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of our projects by providing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates. Your expertise will support our project managers and clients by ensuring that all aspects of project costs are meticulously evaluated and managed. This role requires a deep understanding of industry standards, construction practices, and market conditions to deliver precise and reliable estimates.
- Plan and Spec Cost Estimation:
Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project scope. Utilize various estimating software and tools to prepare comprehensive estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead. - Design Build and Design Assist Cost Estimating:
