Client Care Supervisor

Home Instead is a growing company in the senior care industry committed to providing exceptional service and care to our clients. We are seeking a Client Care Supervisor to join our team.

• Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
• Develop & manage client quality assurance process to include conducting quality assurance visits & calls
• Manage & coordinate changing care needs with families and internal team members
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members to enhance their performance and professional development
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
• Manage client inquiries & starts of care

• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service or client care
• Experience in the senior care/healthcare industry (preferred)
• CNA, LPN, or RN certification/license (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances

• To complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver s license and valid auto insurance
