About the Role
As a Department Supervisor, you will support Sales and Profit goals by delivering the best customer experience in the department and overall store. You will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet customer and colleague expectations.

• Customer Sales & Profit
  • Support the total omni customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
  • Represent H&M positively during customer interactions.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, work with the Department Manager to act on them.
  • Promote and sell products to customers, including the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
  • Maintain correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transactions, returns, and exchanges.
  • Handle all administrative routines for people and operations correctly.
• Fashion & Trend Awareness
  • Keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors.
  • Provide product and fashion knowledge during customer interactions.
• Team & Development
  • Share knowledge and skills with the Store team.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser team.
  • Give and receive feedback to learn and develop.
  • Communicate regularly to motivate and inspire – daily and weekly meetings.
  • Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in the store.
• Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
  • Maintain a clean sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockroom areas.
  • Deliver high‑fashion quality visual and commercial product presentation.
  • Secure good stock levels and provide input on allocation to the Area team.
  • Follow the garment cycle and fitting room routines with internal tools and technology.
  • Maintain omni services and in‑store tech services/tools.
  • Maintain price signs in‑store and throughout the sales floor.
  • Update and upkeep of BOH areas for all colleagues.
  • Open and close the store daily.

Compensation – Expected base salary range is $16.23–$19.15 hourly.
