Wash Associate

Job Overview

Wash Associate – Mike’s Carwash provides customer service, operates the wash system, maintains cleanliness, and ensures a positive customer experience.

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose – deliver a clean, quick car wash with a smile.
• Service Advising – greet customers, advise on products/services, and process sales transactions.
• Directing – safely prep and direct vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Maintain cleanliness – keep the interior and exterior of the facility clean and stocked.
• Training – participate in ongoing training; seek assistance from management as needed.

• Commit to all scheduled shifts unless otherwise notified by management.
• Attend scheduled Team Meetings.
• Be available to work two of the three days:
  Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.

Physical Demands:
Stand or walk continuously; occasional sitting, stooping, reaching, twisting; repetitive hand movements; lift up to 50 lbs. up to 3 ft. occasionally; pull 10 lbs. up to 10 ft.; carry up to 50 lbs. for 10 ft.; bend, kneel, balance; rarely climb stairs. All duties involve verbal/written communication, hearing at conversational level, vision, and use of hands and feet.

Work Environment:
Indoor/outdoor temperatures 0–100°F, exposure to chemicals, use of eye or hearing protection, occasional machinery with moving parts.
