Hallmark Cards invites applications for a part‑time Retail Merchandiser role in Middletown, Ohio. The position is mainly on the shop floor, assisting in restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products across various retail outlets.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will independently manage product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. You will represent Hallmark, build retailer relationships, and work mainly on a variable schedule of 5‑9 hours per week.

• $13.50 – $15.00 per hour based on skills and experience.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule; 5 to 9 hours per week.
• Availability required the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.

• Restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products in and out of the Hallmark department using a mobile device.
• Use technology for reporting, feedback, and surveys; maintain professional communication with store staff.
• Provide holiday support during peak seasons; additional work may be required on holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.
• Participate in department resets and installations of Hallmark fixtures; typical two‑week notice for remodel assignments.
• Assist fellow merchandisers as needed in your territory.

Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 pounds routinely and 50 pounds occasionally; capable of kneeling, squatting, walking, and standing during the workday. Willing to climb stairs and step ladders when required.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• English reading and writing proficiency.
• Grip, pull, lift, and carry abilities as described above.
• Ability to operate a digital handheld device.
• Reliable Wi‑Fi connectivity and internet access.
• Consistent transportation to travel between assigned stores.
