We are looking for pop culture enthusiasts to help create an engaging in-store experience for our customers. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store. Your role is vital in ensuring customers find the merchandise they love and leave with a memorable shopping experience.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Maintain visual standards across the sales floor and assigned zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Support store safety and prevent theft in collaboration with management.
• Help organize stock rooms and keep the store tidy.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience preferred; passion for pop culture is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
