The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and for supporting the Store Manager in all tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age 18.
• Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Prior experience with merchandising, inventory control, and staff development preferred.
