Seasonal Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to shop excellence in sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently strive to surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment.

  Driving sales using store data and feedback to exceed goals; take ownership of results and contribute to the store’s overall performance.

  Deliver a world-class experience to every customer. Listen to needs, demonstrate product benefits, and create memorable interactions.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging). Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to drive traffic.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to inform recommendations.

• Development: Use resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and seek feedback to improve performance.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): Encourage open communication, listen to diverse perspectives, promote teamwork, and value each member’s contributions.

• Time and Attendance: Be punctual and reliable, participate in teamwork, and stay informed about company updates.
• Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience.
• Stock and Inventory: Follow Visual Merchandising guidelines and adjust displays based on sales data to improve the customer experience.
• Policies and Procedures: Adhere to opening/closing procedures, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience with consultation-based service
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team, skincare or cosmetics
• Cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages

Liberty Center: $14.50 USD per hour
