Service Technician

Overview

Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Service Technician to join our team at Springs at Liberty Township, a residential apartment community in Liberty Township, Ohio. You will provide customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents, address service needs, and help maintain facility operations. You will report to the Service Supervisor.

• Full-Time
• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Additional earning potential through position-specific performance incentives

• Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, painting, and appliances
• Provide direct support to the Service Supervisor

• Experience in manual labor or related field
• Ability to work overtime and on-call/non-traditional schedule including some weekends and holidays
• Physical ability: occasionally bending, stooping, and stretching; able to lift up to 100 pounds independently, and up to 250 pounds with assistance; comfortable using computers, tablets, telephones, and other office equipment
