Telecommunications Project Manager

We are seeking full-time telecommunications project managers for on-site positions based in Columbiana, Ohio.

In this role, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead all project phases from bid through closeout, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Manage financials, including job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support sales efforts and seek new business opportunities in coordination with leadership.
• Promote a positive culture and provide leadership that motivates cross-functional teams.
• Ensure all job sites meet company and regulatory safety standards; oversee safety audits as needed.
• Research and implement improved construction methods, tools, and technologies.
• Track and update project progress using tools such as Pathwave, Microsoft Office Suite, Foundation, and Paylocity.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, municipalities, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Proficient in Program Management and Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects effectively.
• Experience in Project Planning and ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Telecommunications and Mobile Communications systems.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while independently driving project goals.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as telecommunications, electrical engineering, or project management is preferred.
• Experience in the construction or telecommunications industry is an asset.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and best practices.

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications or construction.
• Demonstrated leadership experience working with field crews and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or construction software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working with minimal oversight.
