Role DescriptionWe are seeking full-time telecommunications project managers for on-site positions based in Columbiana, Ohio.
In this role, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead all project phases from bid through closeout, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Manage financials, including job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Support sales efforts and seek new business opportunities in coordination with leadership.
- Promote a positive culture and provide leadership that motivates cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all job sites meet company and regulatory safety standards; oversee safety audits as needed.
- Research and implement improved construction methods, tools, and technologies.
- Track and update project progress using tools such as Pathwave, Microsoft Office Suite, Foundation, and Paylocity.
- Maintain strong communication with customers, municipalities, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Program Management and Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects effectively.
- Experience in Project Planning and ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Telecommunications and Mobile Communications systems.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while independently driving project goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as telecommunications, electrical engineering, or project management is preferred.
- Experience in the construction or telecommunications industry is an asset.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and best practices.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications or construction.
- Demonstrated leadership experience working with field crews and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or construction software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working with minimal oversight.
