Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Technician Responsibilities

* Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles

* Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose complex problems

* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Sprinter models, systems, and technologies

* Utilize manufacturer-specific tools, equipment, and software to perform repairs and maintenance

* Collaborate with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow

* Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including repair orders and inspection reports

* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with manufacturer updates and industry advancements

* Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment
