Atlas Staffing is hiring a Precision Sheet Metal Welder for a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a leading manufacturing facility in Liberty Lake, WA
!

We’re looking for a skilled welder with experience in light gauge aluminum and mild steel. If you’re proficient with both MIG and TIG, are highly detail-oriented, and take pride in producing top-quality parts, we want to hear from you.

As a Precision Sheet Metal Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up your welding equipment, and performing precision TIG and MIG welds on light gauge aluminum and steel. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct in-process inspections to ensure all parts meet the highest quality standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure part accuracy and quality.
• Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment with limited supervision.
• Perform precision welding on light gauge aluminum and mild steel sheet metal.
• Conduct in-process inspections to meet quality standards.
• Complete required documentation (travelers, work records, maintenance logs).
• Stack or pack finished parts for the next department.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Previous experience with precision sheet metal welding is required.
• Proficiency in TIG welding of light gauge aluminum and steel is required.
• Must have the ability to pass an onsite welding test.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex blueprints.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and commitment to quality.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Great Pay: $19.00 – $25.00+ per hour (DOE), paid weekly.
