Production Finisher Job Description
The Production Finisher is responsible for setting up and executing assembly functions such as insert installation, fastening, bonding, spot welding, part marking, masking, sanding, and measuring. Additionally, the Mold Operator role involves running plastic molding machines for small parts used in the aerospace կազմ and medical industries, suitable for individuals with an entry-level manufacturing skillset.
Responsibilities- Set up and execute assembly functions, including insert installation, fastening, bonding, and spot welding.
- Perform part marking, masking, sanding, and measuring tasks.
- Operate plastic molding machines for small parts production.
- Ensure quality and adherence to documented procedures and tolerances in all tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- General labor and assembly line experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to use light power tools correctly and safely.
- Capability to perform highly repetitive tasks while maintaining safety, cost efficiency, and quality.
- Attention to detail when reading, writing, or completing all work documentation.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.
Pay affiche, BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.25 – $18.25/hr.
